Are their any ceiling fans that are legal to put in rooms with 7 foot ceilings?

 Most of our ceilings are archetypal and ceiling fans are not allowed because of their weak Dally. Are there ceiling fans that are legal for an electrician to induct in the ceiling height?

 Well the concern here is safety, if you have a boy or a family friend who happens to be 6 'unlikely and they raise their hands and the fan is running, although I must say more. so they do have a yen because someone could get hurt.
